Use it for resumable app state.

By creating an account or using the hosted service, a Developer agrees to these Terms with the individual operating from Japan under the Dermoptera brand. The individual's legal name and serviceable address are held in a private legal record and supplied without delay upon a verified request to legal@dermoptera.work.

Eligibility and boundary

The Beta is for people 18+ acting for business, professional or development purposes. It is free, requires no payment card and offers no paid order. Do not use it for authentication/session transfer, payment or banking authorization, KYC, passwords, dedicated secret sharing, illegal activity, malware, quota evasion or safety-critical/high-harm workflows.

The English site is operated from Japan without country-specific advertising, sales or regional offers. Accessibility from a location does not represent a country-specific marketing campaign or a promise that the service has launched under every jurisdiction's local program. A Developer remains responsible for whether its own use is lawful where it operates.

Developer duties

Developers are responsible for lawful state handling, narrow schemas, notice/consent, HTTPS, exact Allowed Origins, strict runtime validation, rejecting unknown fields, existing-state confirmation, fallback, recovery, Project-key protection and credential rotation after suspected misuse.

Beta availability

The service is provided as available without uptime, durability, support, compatibility or SLA commitments. Transfers may expire, fail or be lost. Features, limits and the Beta may change, pause or end; urgent security controls may apply immediately. Accounts, Projects or credentials may be disabled for security, abuse or legal compliance.

Software and privacy

SDK copies use their included open-source license; these Terms govern the hosted service. Developers retain their application/state rights. Client-side encryption reduces backend access but is not an absolute guarantee; see Privacy.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties and indirect, consequential, punitive and lost-profit/revenue/business/data damages are excluded. For ordinary negligence, aggregate Free Beta liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages up to the greater of fees paid in the previous 12 months and JPY 10,000. This does not limit willful misconduct, gross negligence, non-limitable death/personal-injury liability or mandatory remedies.

Law and disputes

Japanese law governs without excluding mandatory protections applicable under a Developer's habitual-residence or other law. Disputes go to courts competent under applicable law; no invalid or unfair exclusive forum is imposed.
